Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Footwear

Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to protect the product during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
